Shipping must be chosen and paid by the customer at the time of purchase.

Devolution

The buyer has  up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request the return of the same. The repentance period is not to be confused with the possibility of using the product and that, in order to be entitled to cancellation, the buyer must return the product as received. If you choose to return, you must contact us.  through communication channels.

product exchange

The exchange of goods will only occur when the product has a defect within 30 days. In this case, we will request the return of the purchased item and then process a new product or a refund of the amount paid.

We will not accept exchange due to personalization error, in case the wrong information has come from the customer.

In both cases the  return and/or exchange the refund method will be according to the payment method. This includes shopping vouchers, in which case the buyer will have the amount refunded in the form of store credit.

In the case of a refund, the customer may choose to be refunded in amounts or credits for consumption in the store.

Troca 

A troca de mercadoria ocorrerá somente quando o produto apresentar algum defeito no prazo de 30 dias . Nesse caso solicitaremos a devolução do item comprando e então processaremos um novo produto ou o estorno do valor pago

Não aceitaremos troca por erro de personalização, caso a informação errada tenha partido por parte do cliente.

Reembolso

Em ambos os casos a  devolução e ou troca a forma de reembolso será de acordo com a forma de pagamento. Isso inclui vale compras, nesse caso o comprador terá o valor estornado em forma de crédito na loja.

​No caso de reembolso o cliente poderá escolher em ser restituído em valores ou créditos para consumo na loja.
